TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Item condition

All of our pieces are in good vintage condition. We carry out careful and sympathetic restoration where required and any notable age related wear is pointed out in our listings and photographs

Returns

We offer a full refund, excluding outward delivery fee, on any item returned to us within 14 days of purchase as long as it is returned to us in the same condition in which it left. The cost of returning the item to us is the responsibility of the customer. In the instance of wishing to make a return please contact us immediately.

Privacy and Security

The only information we will hold on you is your name, contact details and which item you purchased from us. This information will never be shared with anybody else and will be securely stored. We may contact you by email or post occasionally with updates on our stock and events although if you would rather we didn’t we wont! We never keep any record of your banking information and if you make a card payment via paypal it is both secure and private.
